Hi, My Name is Jess

I’m a Filipina-American event host, leadership coach, and community connector. Over the past 14 years, I’ve cultivated a diverse career, blending my expertise in event hosting, education, diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting. My passion lies in crafting meaningful and engaging experiences that inspire connection to be seen and heard.

Whether hosting a high-energy corporate event, guiding a leadership workshop, or coaching clients on their leadership journey, I blend dynamic energy with professionalism to create spaces where people feel inspired and valued.

My work empowers leaders to foster inclusive environments that promote connection and high growth. Through storytelling, laughter, and meaningful engagement, I strive to elevate multi-sensory experiences that leave a lasting impression on all.

I am a future Wife and Dog Mom to an adopted 80lb Goldendoodle 🐶
